Yoma Impacts Exchange

The Yoma Impacts Exchange brings together the organisations, programmes and young people that make up the Yoma ecosystem. Partner organisations run their programmes as domains on the Exchange. They publish opportunities, invite contributors and evaluators, and set out how impact is measured. Young people take part by learning, volunteering and doing work that counts. They submit claims as evidence of what they achieved. Each claim is evaluated against clear criteria. Approved outcomes become verifiable credentials the participant owns, and can unlock rewards and payments. Because every opportunity, claim, evaluation and credential is recorded on the IXO blockchain, funders and partners can see verified results rather than reported ones. That makes it easier to direct resources to what works. The Exchange is governed through the Yoma Venture Cooperative and its pods.
