Liechtenstein Venture Cooperative

A Liechtenstein Venture Cooperative is a legally secured small cooperative used for innovation purposes in Liechtenstein. It provides a structured form of cooperation for multiple parties developing an invention or innovation together, with documented contributions and a clear basis for allocating shares. As a protocol-level domain card, this template frames an LVC as a programmable organisational domain that can coordinate founders, contributors, records, and venture workflows while creating legal certainty and fairness in the development of new ventures.
