What a claim asks
- A household has a Customer ID, has been through the screening survey, and their contract has been explained and signed. Nothing else has happened yet. On the Customer Onboarding App, which stage is this household actually sitting in right now, and what is the very next stage that has to open up for them?
- At the Home Visit stage, you are asked to mark the household's location on a map and upload a picture of the stove they currently cook with. Imagine you skipped both of these, but still ticked yes or no on whether they already own a SupaMoto stove and wrote a comment about how to find the house. What would still be missing, and who further down the line would actually be affected by that gap?
- A household has just finished Household Linking on the Customer Onboarding App and is now ready to actually receive their stove. Which app do you open to carry out that hand over, and what two things do you need to have or find before the stove can be handed to them?
- You check the Orders tab on the Inventory App for a household you are sure you already delivered a bag to last week, and it still shows as Open rather than Delivered. Before assuming something has gone wrong with the app, what are two honest possibilities you should check first?
- Between the Customer Onboarding App and the Inventory App, a single household's journey, from being a lead, to being screened, to a home visit, to being linked, to actually receiving a stove and their pellet bags, passes through several different screens and, often, several different people. Where in that whole chain do you think a small mistake or a shortcut would be easiest to make, and hardest for anyone else to catch?
