Yoma Finance

The Yoma Finance Pod provides transparent and accountable administration of funds received and disbursed through the Yoma Venture Cooperative. It executes authorised funding decisions and maintains auditable financial records. Its purpose is to manage the Cooperative's day-to-day finance activities, including disbursement, treasury management, and financial reporting. It operates under a dual-tier authority structure that separates delegated operational execution from reserved governance authority, so that fiscal oversight and fiduciary authorisation stay with the Cooperative's governing bodies while day-to-day administration, disbursement and reconciliation run in the pod. Every outgoing transaction requires the independent approval of two financial controllers.
