Under the combined Stove Sale and Rental Agreement, the Buyer purchases this stove at EUR 144 and leases it back to Emerging Cooking Solutions Sweden AB for a fixed two-year term. ECS Sweden deploys the stove in Zambia for household cooking services, pays the Buyer EUR 6 per month in rental for this stove plus a 25% share of pellet revenues from the household using it, while retaining all carbon credits generated. The stove’s high-efficiency, pellet-fuel, forced-draft combustion cooks quickly while helping cut fuel consumption and indoor air pollution. At the end of the rental term, ownership of the physical stove transfers to the Zambian end-user.
